The Domaine de La Rameille is located about ten kilometers northeast of Carpentras. The village of Crillon-le-Brave is situated southeast of the estate, while Caromb is to the southwest.
La Rameille lands (39 hectares) extend across the municipalities of Modène (84330), Caromb (84330), and Crillon-le-Brave (84410).
The property comprises 8 buildings of various sizes, including two residential houses. The lands are distributed as follows: 6 hectares of olive groves, orchards with fruit trees, oak and pine forests, a small truffle field, scrublands, and heathlands. On the western side of the property, there is a small lake adorned with numerous species of aquatic plants and three species of fish.
The Domaine de La Rameille is not marred by electric or telephone poles; everything has been buried in trenches spanning several kilometers, containing all the wiring, water supplies, as well as home automation connections and fiber optic cables that serve each dwelling.
The entire estate forms a balanced and rich biotope due to its highly diverse flora and natural fauna, including wild boars, hares and rabbits, deer, badgers, diurnal and nocturnal birds of prey (such as the Ventoux eagle, owls, and nightjars), red-legged partridges, thrushes, European rollers, frogs, and toads, among others.
There are no immediate neighbors, and the nearest villages are located 3 kilometers away.
All residential houses enjoy spectacular views of the Rhône Valley, including Caromb, Carpentras, Avignon, the Vaucluse Mountains, the Luberon, and the Alpilles. Moreover, during walks on the estate, one can admire sights such as the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
